Jab sapno ko pankh lage ho to use bas ek udaan chahiye hoti hai or mujhe wo udaan di hai Basic ne...My story is of any other person who got laid off in a Pandemic that moment I was wondering what to do and where to go I had my career and my responsibilities ahead of me with no job in hand It's then Basic happen to me when joined Basic I was sure I will make it big my journey with Basic is full roller coaster ride I joined as sales manager was facing medical issues at home couldn't do well despite putting my 100% but despite terminating me they supported me and allowed me to work as HR which also helped me balance my personal and professional life and I was able to look after my family then and this is how My Basic family held my hand they helped me explore my creative side too which was somewhere left behind.

Being in a start-up company says a lot about how they value and care for each of their employees and their family members and I'm working for a company that truly values their employees as individuals and they will do everything they can to help each person to reach their goals both professionally and personally. I can say this with conviction that Basic is the best company that I have been with I am grateful to my destiny which brought me here to move my career in the right direction and being here I just don't take myself as an employee of Basic I take it as my Company. Basic ne mere entrepreneur banne k Sapne ko Zinda Rakha hai and I see myself as an entrepreneur, not as an employee. And as they say "Happy minds yield great solutions" I am thankful to Basic for providing me with a perfect platform to excel in my career.
