The incumbent is responsible for P&L of the assigned area, always creating a robust team to
deliver set targets and to enhance builder relationship.
➢ Contacting potential builders and arrange meetings for closures.

➢ Maintain relation and ensure business flow from the builders is ensured Month
on Month Basis.
➢ Handle issues of the builder and maintain relation with the builder.

➢ Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
