Step 2: Click on the ‘Stamp Vaapsi Hetu Aavedan’ option.

Step 3: New users applying for a stamp duty refund through the portal must then click on the ‘New Register’ option.

Step 5: Click the ‘Sign In’ option, and then you can apply for the stamp duty withdrawal on the portal.
